What Is The Role Of A Team Beachbody Coach
October 21st, 2008 · Filed Under: Team Beachbody
Welcome back to another happy little post from me, Timothy Carter about Team Beachbody and this fitness lifestyle!
I’ve been so busy locally and online talking about the Beachbody “Lifestyle” and my brand new website: http://ICommitToFitness.com
…that I haven’t had enough hours in the days the past week to get a blog post or two in up here! That’s a good thing in my book!
A common theme has been running through the questions that have come up in the last couple of weeks. And that is, “What does a Team Beachbody Coach do“?
And “Who do I look for when it comes to people being part of my personal team of Beachbody Coaches“?
So…what IS the role of a
Team Beachbody Coach
and what am I looking for in a potential coach?
Well, there are a few things that come to mind…first and foremost…
***Someone who cares about helping other people!*** This really is the nature of the business. If you don’t care, you won’t commit to the journey of this fitness lifestyle and you definitely won’t earn a living. You have a desire to see people change their lives for the better!
*Someone who understands how important fitness is to our health - not just for today, but for the 60, 80, and 100 year old versions of ourselves. I personally plan to live an incredibly healthy life through the age of 120! How about you?
I want to be an example to my great-great-great-great grandkids of what being healthy and in great shape is all about!
*Someone who understands how important accountability is in every aspect of life; whether it be spiritual, physical, or mental health and fitness! Being a loner just sets you up to being lonely, frustrated…and without a support system. If you’re a hermit or anti-social, then this is not for you. We are a team of coaches who desire to HELP people change their lives! Who love to network, who love to share and probably most importantly…who love to LISTEN!
*Someone who is open to learning, and then sharing what they’ve learned for the benefit of others!! We ALL start at the beginning of being brand new in anything and as we grow with time and experience, we have the opportunity to give what was given unto us. Pass it on from “generation to generation” as it were…
*Someone who has found a passion for doing all of the above and would LOVE to BE a Beachbody Coach as a means of supporting themselves/their family and be a part of the fitness revolution!
Whether you are a seasoned veteran of the personal trainer lifestyle looking to supplement your income or a newbie to fitness who wants to make a permanent lifestyle change, you are DEFINITELY welcome to join this team of caring, fun, and loyal COACHES who are looking to fulfill what Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler envisioned when he created the Team Beachbody Revolution to IMPACT millions of lives through FITNESS!
Even if you just have questions about the FREE Million Dollar Body Game or any of our products, I’d love to help you discover if this is a fit for you!
I am humbled to be a part of this vision with Beachbody and I’m looking forward to talking about the wonderful opportunities of this lifestyle!

Be on the lookout tomorrow for my first 30 day update with my progress through P90X Lean…I believe it will include some embarrassing pictures and some numbers on my weight and body fat! LOL Oh man, this will not be a sight to see!
Dream Big! Decide…Commit…Succeed!

Hey Tim! Is p90x Lean different from p90x?
Either way, I did the p90x program last year and saw great results, look forward to seeing those progress pictures!
Cheers,

Hey James!
Glad to hear you had great results last year with P90X.
What you did last year is considered P90X Classic. The original version! P90X Lean is more cardio oriented (which is why I’m on it due to the recovery from the car accident) and then there is the the P90X Doubles which includes a couple of 2 a day workouts during the 90 days!
