Reduced Rank Qualification

The first thing you will notice is that we have made it easier to qualify for rank advancement. The sooner you and your distributors move up in rank, the more they can earn as they are paid commissions on sales deeper into their downline levels. You will also notice that the percentages on levels 7, 8 and 9 are in addition to the 50% of PV guaranteed payout. In other words, we have strengthened the plan for the new distributors without cutting out the commissions available to the distributor leaders.

Fast Start Bonus Doubled

We have doubled the amount of money earned on the first generation fast start. You can now earn a whopping 40% commission on the sign-up orders of those you bring into the business! Plus, there is an additional bonus added for those who buy the sign up packs. Commission dollars range from $40 to $600 per sale on our five optional starter packs. Imagine how easy it will be for you to motivate your group with this, and how easy it is to get someone to start working right away. The fast start commissions are paid weekly and the unilevel commissions are paid monthly on a branded URI International Visa card. Using this card is a great way to get people talking about your business.

First Level Goes From 1% to 5%

We have raised the percentage of commission on your first level from 1 % to 5%. This is designed specifically to help those starting out by putting the new money where nearly everyone can reach it - on the first level. The new distributor who brings people into the business will now get five times the commission on the repeat orders of those on their first level. This will make it easier to start building additional legs to create a solid organization and move up in ranks.

New Unilevel Rank

We have added a new rank at the top of the plan, and graduated each of the other ranks so there is a smooth transition as you work from new distributor to worldwide leader. With the addition of the rank of Universal Presidential, there are now nine ranks and nine levels, meaning that you advance one level in commission payout for each rank as you progress. This also means that there are now six ranks which participate in the Leadership Bonus Pool. The Presidential rank now pays out through 6 levels, and the Affiliate rank now has a PV requirement which is in line with the rest of the ranks. Please note that the Universal Presidential rank is one of the three ranks which are paid in addition to the 50% of PV guaranteed payout.

Retail Commissions

Distributors continue to earn up to 20% commissions when they resell URI International products at the retail price. For those distributors who have a resale number or a sales tax exemption on file with the company, you can purchase product at a wholesale price and make up to 40% commissions on the retail price.

You might be wondering how we managed to do this and still keep the company running. We have moved some of the money from the matching bonus, which has been changed to 20%, and we have also adjusted the global incentive bonus so that it is now 3%. The Leadership Bonus Pool is now 5%. You will notice, however, that with the change from 1% to 5% on the first level, we have increased the amount that is available on the matching bonus, so that the 20% is really a matching slice of a much bigger pie.

“Recession”

It’s the dark looming cloud — the thing no one wants to really talk about, for fear of being forced to admit it’s real.

… But the fact is, the sagging U.S. economy and the global economy ARE moving full speed into recession with inflation growing right now too. The ripple effects are being felt by everyone from Bill Gates to the families living on minimum wage or on government assistance, to people in 3rd world countries who are hardest hit. How to survive the recession is on the minds of everyone it seems.

GenX people in their late 30’s are being forced into foreclosure on their houses and to move back home with their soon to be retiring Baby Boomer parents! People are losing their homes by the millions. And from the sounds like it, this is only just the beginning.

In America, we’ve been so inundated with advertising and news reports that we’re almost conditioned/brainwashed to believe what “we’re supposed to believe”…and not pay attention to what is reality. Just consume, consume and get into deeper debt.

Thank you for coming to my blog for The Residual Income Lifestyle with the UriLife hybrid business with Uri International.

Many of you who read know that I’m in the midst of some serious physical trials after the car accident in January. It has dramatically cut my ability to work and earn an income. My time spent online is very limited as you’ve seen. The physical pain is a heavy constant ache from my skin to the marrow of my bones. Waking up most mornings feeling like a snake after a cold night and very little hard to move. So tight, so stiff. My feet and toes are curled down. Legs locked tight together. Hands in fists as my arms are wrapped tight across my stomach & chest while my jaw is clenched shut. Very, slow in moving. And if I move wrong or make a misstep avoiding a cat under my feet. SHARP pain that adds to the general pain. If I do too much the next couple of days are worse physically. So much else I could write about what I’m going through physically, emotionally, financially, it would take SEVERAL blogs posts on a different blog. It has been a real struggle some days to move. I’m blessed to have such a loving and caring wife. She is so amazing.
